络合脱氮一低温吸附工艺在润滑油精制装置上的应用

摘    要:络合脱氮一低温吸附精制工艺在中国石油兰州石化公司炼油厂13.5万t/a润滑油白土补充精制装置上进行了应用。工艺改造包括新增1套以电沉降精制罐为主的络合脱氮精制设备及改进换热网络系统。改造后,可实现油品脱氮保硫、提高氧化安定性的目的;同时精制油收率达99.66%,比白土补充精制工艺高出1.04个百分点;系统粉尘质量浓度下降67.5%。

Abstract:The complexation denitrification- low temperature adsorption refining process was applied in a 135 kt/a clay complementary refining unit of lubricating oil in the Refinery of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The revamping involved adding a new complexation denitrification refining device with an electric depositor and improving heat exchange network. After the revamping, the purpose of removing nitrides and retaining sulfides to improve oxidationstability could be achieved. At the same time, the yield of refined oil reached 99.66% increasing by 1. 04 percent points compared with clay refining process, and the dust mass concentration in the system decreased by 67.5%.
