大型火电机组调节系统参数实测之迟缓率测定研究

摘    要:为了研究大型火电机组调节系统参数实测之迟缓率测定,通过四象限静态特性图和象限映射变换方法对数字电液调节系统(digital electro—hydraulic control system,DEH)的迟缓构成进行了分析和研究,提出了一种通过测取机组转速微变极值来间接获取DEH迟缓率的静态试验方法。应用该试验方法,成功对华能海门电厂1036MW汽轮发电机组DEH的迟缓率进行了静态测定。

Abstract:To study the dead band measurement for governing system parameter testing of large-capacity fossil-fired generating units, the dead band composition of digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) is investigated by fourquadrant static characteristic diagram and the method of quadrant mapping and converting. A static testing method which indirectly obtains the dead band of DEH by measuring the differential change extremum of unit speed is presented. The test method was successfully applied to the static dead band measurement for DEH of 1036 MW turbo-unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant.
