基于信息的质量功能配置公理化研究

在研究公理化设计方法中的独立性公理和信息公理的基础上，对传统的质量功能配置中质量屋的实现过程进行了量化描述，根据质量屋创建特点，提出了信息相关性假说和传递距离假说，并给出量化指标，经过编程计算，证明提出的公理及其量化指标，在分析用户需求信息和技术需求信息的相关性，以及判定技术需求重要性方面有着明显的优点。

Information-Based Quality Function Deployment

The paper reviews the origin and state-of-the-art developments in the quality function deployment (QFD) and suggests solving the existing problems in QFD through axiomatic method. The functional independence axiom and the information axiom in the axiomatic design are briefly introduced, and the implementation procedure of the house of quality (HoQ) in a typical QFD is also quantized simultaneously. The manufacturing Information Correlation Hypothesis and Transmit Distance Hypothesis are presented based upon the established characteristics in the HoQ, furthermore, the quantitative measures for two hypothesises are provided. An example is used to illustrate the applications of the proposed hypothesises.
