摘    要:以某车型为研究对象,针对车内低频(20 Hz~100 Hz)声振舒适性问题的研究与解决,对其传动系布置及构造加以解析。在此基础上,界定进行车内声振舒适性分析研究所依托的对象系统,合理划分、组织其子系统并明确其动态特性有效信息,进而揭示出车辆加速过程中发动机中低转速范围内的传动系扭振影响车内声振舒适性的作用机理,并通过实验验证了机理判断的合理性,从而为车内声振舒适性的改进提供了依据和线索。另一方面,依托典型车型具体问题的机理研究,从中归纳总结出处理此类问题的一般性原则,可推广应用于同类车型问题的研究和解决,为后续进一步研究形成规范化的技术解决方案打下基础。

Impact Mechanism of Drivetrain Torsional Vibration on the Car’s Low Frequency Interior NVH Performance
Abstract:Taking a car as the research object, the construction of its drivetrain was analyzed to research and solve the low frequency (20~100Hz) interior NVH problems. Based on this research, the “object system” used in the analysis of interior NVH was defined, the valuable information of subsystems’ dynamic characteristics was classified reasonably, the impact mechanism of drivetrain torsional vibration on the car’s low frequency interior NVH performance was uncovered and some valuable clues to solve the low frequency interior NVH problems were proposed. Besides, the research was based on a representative problem, so the general principles summarized from the research could be applied in the similar cars and it also provided a good foundation to form the technical solution standardization for this kind of problems in the future.
