四缸柴油机油底壳噪声预测与降噪研究

摘    要:作为发动机上的壳体零件,油底壳的振动噪声控制是一个急需解决的问题。以某四缸柴油机油底壳为研究对象,采用有限元(FEM)与边界元(BEM)相结合的方法进行仿真分析,对油底壳的振动响应以及噪声辐射进行预测。通过增加厚度、更改材料以及将大而平的面改为波浪形的方法,提出结构改进的方案。结果表明,上述方法都能够有效地降低辐射噪声,更换材料以及加厚的方法均能降低噪声3.7 d B(A)以上,其中更改材料的方法单位质量降噪效果最好。

Study on Noise Prediction and Reduction of the Oil Pan of a Four-cylinder Diesel Engine
Abstract:Abstract: As the shell parts on the engine, the vibration control of the oil pan is an urgent problem to be solved. The oil pan of a four-cylinder diesel engine is studied in this paper, and the finite element method(FEM) and the boundary element method(BEM) are used to simulate and analyze the vibration response and noise radiation of it. By the method of increasing the thickness, replacing the material or changing large and flat surfaces into wavy ones, a scheme for structural improvement is proposed. The results show that the methods above can effectively reduce the radiation noise. Methods replacing the material and thickening can both reduce the noise by over 3.7dB (A). In these methods, replacing the material shows the best performance of noise reduction per unit mass.
