摘    要:为了延长抽油杆的使用寿命,采用高频感应加热技术在抽油杆用钢35CrMo基体表面制备了含La2O3的NiCrBSi自熔性合金粉末涂层,利用OM和XRD衍射分析技术观察和分析了熔覆层组织和相结构,测定了熔覆层表面和横截面的Vickers硬度,在统计分析的基础上研究了涂层服从正态分布、Weibull分布的拟合优度.结果表明:La2O3的加入改善了涂层显微组织的均匀性和相结构,涂层表面的Vickers硬度同时显著地服从正态分布和Weibull分布,根据不同分布估计出的平均值的置信区间大致相同;提高了涂层横截面的显微硬度,涂层横截面硬度可达500~950HV0.2,当涂层中加入6%稀土时,涂层的显微硬度最高,其耐冲蚀磨损性能最好,在90min内,其失重为2.11mg/mm2.
