基于CAN总线及高速RS232总线的电梯群优化控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前电梯群控制系统中存在的通讯线路过多,导致电梯运行稳定性降低、电缆多引起的成本较高、故障率高等缺点,提出了一种新型的基于CAN总线和高速RS232总线的电梯群控制系统的通讯构架,并给出了其硬件设计、用户通讯协议设计、优化控制策略选择及软件控制算法编程。

Abstract:Aimming at weakness of the reduced elevator riding performance,high cost cables and high disfunction ratio,which result from too much communication circuits in current elevator control system,a new communication frame has been brought up,based on CAN bus and high speed RS232 bus,and also come out its hardware design,client communication protocol design and optical control strategy option and software control arithmetic program.
