基于PLC的气体激光器智能远程控制系统

摘    要:系统采用SIEMENS S7-200PLC和PC(PG),通过公用电话网组成激光器远程控制系统,对PLC的各种存储区域进行读写或扫描,从而监控激光器的运行状况,调节激光器的各种参数,使激光器运行在最佳工作状态,也可对激光器进行远程故障诊断,使维修人员提早做好准备工作或者直接进行远程维护。本系统上位机采用VB编程,通过S7200.OPC Server遵循PPI通讯协议与PLC通信。这种通信方法与一般的自由口通讯协议相比,省略了PLC的通讯程序编写,不占用PLC自由口资源,只需编写上位机的通讯程序,缩短了系统开发周期。

Abstract:The system is a PSTN-accessed intelligent remote control system of laser,composed of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and PG(Program),which can read,write and scan all memories of the PLC,control and adjust the parameters of laser to keep the laser in the best working conditions.The system can also carry out the remote trouble shoot,so the service people can prepare beforehand or even maintain remotely.The super computer of the system,programmed with Visual Basic language,communicates with the PLC by the S7200.OPC Server,following the PPI(point to point) protocol.Compared with the ordinary free communication protocol,this method omits PLC communication program,saves PLC free communication resources.This method can also speed up the development by programming the communication program on PC only.
