研究生质量保证措施的研究与实践

研究生教育是我国教育结构中最高层次的教育，肩负着为国家培养高层次创造性人才的重任，是我国增强综合国力和国际竞争力的重要支撑力量。研究生的培养质量是衡量高校人才培养质量、科研水平和创新能力的重要标志之一。在研究生教育迅速发展的今天，保证研究生培养质量是高校对国家、社会和青年学生应尽的责任。作者结合多年研究生教育管理与培养的经验和实践，就如何保证研究生培养质量，提出了若干措施。

Research and Practice of the Measures to Guarantee the Quality of Graduates

Graduate education is the highest level of education in our education structure, whose responsibility is to cultivate high level and creative persons. It is also an important sustaining force to enhance our comprehensive national strength and international competitive power. The quality of the graduate education is a main sign of the cultivate quality, scientific research level and innovative ability of university. Today, under the development of the increase in graduate education, it is the responsibility of the nation to guarantee the graduate quality. In this paper, some measures are put forward to guarantee the graduate quality by the author combined with their several years of experience and practice in graduate education management and cultivation.
