摘    要:针对近年来出现的消除金属构件残余应力的新方法--振动时效,应用材料力学、位错理论及机械振动理论等知识对其进行了理论分析,并通过与传统的热时效方法对比及大量的应用实例说明其在机械行业有着广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the theory of VSR(Viberatory Stress Relief), aiming at the new method of eliminating residual stress inside metal workpieces which appeared in recent years, with the help of the mechanism of material mechanics, dislocation and mechanical viberation. Author points out that VSR will be widely used in mechanical field in the future based on comparing VSR with the traditional TSR (Thermal Stress Relief) and using a variety of examples of applications in VSR.
