摘    要:为保证塑件外观、实现注射生产自动化,通过一款固定线夹的设计,介绍了塑件成型工艺,浇口选用和模具结构的设计方法技巧,分析了叠加式潜伏浇口在片状薄壁塑件模具设计中的应用;另外对于今后的注射成型模具来说,精确、稳定地进行塑件成型已属于最低标准,如何缩短成型周期将成为考量模具优劣的重要因素,借此一并说明了模具冷却系统中螺旋隔水片的应用。

Design of Gate Optimization of Injection Mold for the Clamp
Abstract:In order to ensure the appearance of injection plastic parts, production automation, through a fixing clamp design, introduce plastic molding process and mold structure, gate selection design method, analysis of superposition type submarine gate in flake thin product mold design application; in addition to the injection molding mold, accurately, to the workpiece have among the lowest standard, how to shorten the molding cycle will become an important factor to consider the mold, thereby also illustrates the mold cooling system of spiral baffle the application.
