摘    要:由于激光拼焊板生产的制件具有强度高、重量小、综合成本低等优点,所以激光拼焊板在汽车制件中的应用越来越普遍,但在生产过程中激光激光焊缝处易出现开裂缺陷。本文将围绕我公司门内板焊缝区域冲压开裂进行原因排查分析。

Analysis of Stamping Cracking the Case for the Laser Tailor-Welded Plate
Abstract:Due to the laser tailor-welded plate production product has high strength, less weight, low comprehensive cost advantages, so laser tailor-welded plate in the application of automobile parts is becoming more and more common, but in the process of production laser laser weld place easily appear crack defects. This paper will focus on our door panel weld area stamping craze for reason analysis of traffic.
