摘    要:井身结构设计是钻井工程设计的重要内容,它不仅关系到钻井施工的安全顺利,而且还关系到钻井经济效益。合理的井身结构设计既能最大限度的避免漏、喷、塌、卡等工程事故的产生,使得各项钻井作业得以安全顺利进行,又能最大幅度地减少钻井费用,使工程成本达到最低。根据胜利油田浅气藏开发井钻井的特点,分析浅气藏的钻井地质环境,研究套管的合理下入深度和层次、合理套管与井眼间隙、不同条件下的下套管载荷,以确保钻井施工顺利进行、满足浅气藏开发要求、简化套管程序、降低成本为原则,通过技术经济评价,确定出适合于胜利油田浅气藏开发井的井身结构以及合适的钻机类型,实现浅气藏的低成本钻井和开发。

Abstract:Casing programme design is an important content in drilling engineering design.It is not only related to safety of drilling operation,but also to the economic benefits.Reasonable casing programme design can not only avoid leakage,blowout,collapse and stickto implement the drilling safely,but also reduce drilling cost in a maximum extent to make the lowest project cost.According to characteristics of shallow gas development wells of Shengli Oilfield,the reasonable landing depth and layers,gaps between well bore and casing,and casing load under different conditions were analyzed to make sure successful drilling operation.In order to satisfy the requirements of shallow gas well development,simplifying casing program and reducing drilling cost,the casing program and rigs suited for Shengli oilfield shallow reservoir were determined to realize low cost drilling and development.
