模糊自寻优策略在箱式炉燃烧系统中的应用

针对钢铁热处理行业中典型的燃气加热炉控制对象中最为复杂的燃烧过程进行了研究，分析了燃烧效率与空燃配比之间的关系特性，介绍了自寻优控制的特点和空燃比模糊寻优控制器设计的详细方案。通过对传统控制方法进行比较，系统采用PLC为控制核心，运用模糊自寻优控制策略，对复杂的非线性燃烧对象进行控制，保证了燃烧过程处于合理的状态。

Application of Fuzzy Self-optimize Strategy in Box Furnace Combustion System

the most complicated combustion process of control parameter for natural gas heat-up stove in metal heating and analyses the nature between combustion efficiency and air-fuel ratio was researched. Afterwards, the characteristic of stir-optimize control and approach for air-fuel ratio fuzzy optimize controller designing was introduced in detail. After comparing with traditional control methods, the system took PLC as control core to controls the object with complex and nonlinear by using fuzzy self-optimize control strategy, and to ensures the combustion process in a rational status.
