交变电场真空离子表面合金化工艺及在手用钢锯条上的应用

摘    要:利用交变电场真空离子表面合金化技术在T10钢表面进行W、Cr、C、N元素表面合金化,并将该工艺用于手工锯条上。结果表明,合金层中所需元素及组织可在表面合金化时一次获得,表面合金化锯条的实际使用寿命是普通碳工钢锯条的2~3倍。

Abstract:A new process for the surface Alloying W,Cr,C,N on the surface of T10 steel with the technology of vacuum ion surface alloying in alternating current field was introduced,and it was applied to hacksaw blade. As a result,the elements and structure available for alloying coating were acquired at one time during the process of surface alloying. The service life of hacksaw blade after surface alloying was 2~3 times over that of T10 steel hacksaw blade conventionally treated.
