| 摘 要： | 针对建设工程造价控制的重要性，分析了施工组织设计与工程造价的关系，就如何加强设计变更和工程签证的管理工作进行了探讨，提出了设计变更和工程签证的签发原则及注意事项，详细地介绍了工程预结算审核的方法，从而更好地控制工程造价。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the importance of construction engineering cost control,the relation between construction organization design and engineering cost was analyzed.How to strengthen design alternation and engineering visa management were discussed,the design alternation and drawing on principle of engineering visa and attentions were proposed.The method of budget and final account audit of the construction engineering was detail introduced,therefore controlled better engineering cost. |
