摘    要:软土在天然状态下具有压缩性高、强度低的特性,这种特性往往会使得软土地基在上部荷载作用下产生较大变形,进而对上部结构产生不同程度的影响。结合某企业高架库项目中的工程实例,在对冲孔灌注桩处理软土地基方案进行理论分析的基础上,采用冲孔灌注桩对该软土地基进行了加固处理,检测数据表明该方案能明显提高软土地基的承载力和改善变形特性,并且具有工艺简单、成本低、速度快的优点,处理效果良好。

Abstract:The soft soil is naturally of high compressibility and low strength. Under the action of structural loads, usually the soft soil ground has rather large deformation, which impacts the performance of upper structure more or less. Concerning an elevated warehouse project of national enterprise, theoretical analysis is carried on the scheme of soft soil foundation treatment compounded with punched piles. The detection data and the nature after processing show that the bearing capacity of foundation is improved markedly. Besides this, such treatment is convenient in execution and low in cost.
