| Abstract: | Taking the analysis of adminstration and management systems and price policy as the point of de- parture, a series of effective countermeasures impelling management system transformable such as re- forming current management system; delegating the policy-making powers of production, management, investment and foreign trade; improving and perfecting market, as well as changing price-setting system and deepening enterprise reform etc. are proposed out in this paper. |
