摘    要:铣削残留高度是影响加工表面粗糙度的主要因素,是CAD/CAM中确定刀具以及其它切削参数的重要依据。在分析铣削加工过程中刀具刀刃实际扫成面的基础上,建立了实际刀刃扫成面的方程。通过求扫成面的交点,求出球头铣刀的铣削残留高度,消除了计算的原理误差,提高了计算精度。通过实例,分析比较了目前常用计算方法的误差和原因。

Abstract:Milling remain height is the main fact thatdirectly affects surface roughness, so that in finish cut-ting process the CAD/CAM system should calculate andselect the cutter and other cutting parameters accordingto the value of surface roughness. In this paper the actualmilling procedure and scan surface formed by cutter edgesare analyzed and explained, and then cutter edges scan-ning parametric surfaces are constructed. With these sur-faces intersection, the cutting remain heights are found.This method is based on actual cutter edge scanning andthen to avoid the theoretical errors. Finally, an exampleis shown, and another two methods commonly used arecompared and analyzed.
