| 摘 要： | 对光纤SPR传感检测系统的超分辨数据重建做了可行性分析,给出超分辨数据重建模型,并在共振波长检测实验中验证了超分辨数据重建的有效性.对使用软处理方式提高测量精度具有重要参照价值.

| Abstract: | The feasibility analysis of data reconstruction with super-resolution method in optical fiber SPR sensing systems is made. The model for reconstructing data with super-resolution method is presented. The reconstuction effect is also proved in the experiment of resonant wavelength detect. |
