真空自耗电弧炉熔炼时的电热计算与技术分析

摘    要:通过对真空自耗电弧炉熔炼时的热量计算和分析,得出了炉内平均温度。同时研究和计算了与真空自耗电弧炉主要部件有关的接触电阻问题,提出了如何降低接触电阻的方法,并得出了有效解决打弧现象的方法。对真空自耗炉的结构设计,特别是电极杆等结构的设计有重要的理论和实践指导意义。

Abstract:Heat calculation and analysis were done during the melting in a vacuum consumable electro-arc furnace to obtain the average temperature in the furnace, with the contact resistance relating to the main parts of the furnace calculated and discussed. Then, the way to decrease contact resistance was proposed, as well as the effective method to solve the arcing problem. The results are regarded as theoretically and practically important to the design of electrode bars and so on.
