摘    要:在RU -1型提升管催化裂化试验装置上 ,以 3种工艺条件对新型FCC催化剂ZC -73 0 0与胜利炼油厂南催化装置原用的RHZ -3 0 0平衡剂进行对比评价试验 ,结果表明 :ZC -73 0 0更有利于提高轻质油收率、总液收和转化率 ,且焦炭产率降低 ,更适用于胜利炼油厂南催化原料的催化裂化

Abstract:Comparative evaluation experiments of catalytic cracking catalysts, one of which is new catalyst ZC-7300 and another is RHZ-300 used in plant originally, have been carried on a RU-1 riser cracker under 3 different process conditions. The results show ZC-7300 is more suitable for catalytic cracking unit at southern district in Shengli Refinery for it is beneficial to increase light oil yield, total liquid yield and conversion rate.
