摘    要:介绍了射频识别(RFID)技术和射频识别电子标签的概念、特点及应用,阐述了射频识别电子标签用导电银胶的性能要求,例举了国外典型产品的技术指标,对比分析了超细片状银粉、银纳米线、碳纳米管及镀银碳纳米管等制备的导电银胶特性,提出了电子标签用导电银胶的研究重点。

Abstract:The conception, characteristics and application of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and RFID tag were summarised. Performance of conductive adhesives used for RFID were discussed. Properties of typical conductive adhesive sample were in- troduced. Properties of conductive adhesive prepared by silver flack, nanowires, carbon nanotubes and silver carbon nanotubes were compared. The reserch emphasis of conductive adhesives used for RFID tag were pointed.
