摘    要:通过热力学计算,发现在碳热还原氧化钛和氧化硼的过程中,氧化钛的还原过程是分步进行的,但不会生成金属钛。氧化硼的还原是一步生成单质硼,且是整个过程的控制步骤。在单质硼的参与下,低价氧化钛被碳还原,直接生成二硼化钛。

Abstract:Through thermodynamic calculation, it was found that during reduction of TiO 2 and B 2O 3 with carbon, the reducing course of TiO 2 is completed in steps and no metal titanium is produced, whereas B 2O 3 can be reduced to elemental boran in only one step and its reduction is the contro step of the whole reaction course. With the intervening of boron, TiO can be reduced directly into TiB 2 by carbon.
