摘    要:本文介绍了高强 耐磨钢轨表面缺陷修复方法。采用研制的加热装置对钢轨踏面预热4min,可以保证在100mm范围内堆焊后,钢轨热影响区不出现马氏体组织。

Abstract:The paper deals with a new method of surface defects repairing of the high strength hardfacing rail tops. By preheating rail top (near 4 min) on a special apparatus, the liability of HAZ of rail to produce martensitic structure after arc surfacing(the dimensions of surfacing layer < 100mm) was eliminated. By using welding electrodes TY-320 for repairing rail tops, it was found that the surfacing layer had the same hardness as of the rail. Furthermore, the toughness of the layer was higher than that of the rail. More than 200 strains of rail defects were repaired in field, all surfacing layers were of satisfactory quality.
