摘    要:针对复杂铸件,提出建立任意形状回转体,等厚体,锥体,台体及组合体等几何模型,通过图形处理技术,开发了铸件重量计算软件包,该软件使用方便,可快速计算任意形状铸件的重量,计算误差仅为2.5%左右。

Abstract:The geometric models for complicated castings have been advanced with arbitrary shape gyro- bodies, isopachous bodies, cone, frustum and assembly bodies, , and the software package used for calculation of the weight for castings by the graph processing technique has been developed. The program has convenience for use and could be used for calculation of the weight for castings of arbitrary shape rapidly and correctly. The practical erro is about 2.5 %.
