摘    要:本文提出了一种新型拖车制动器,采用电磁制动形式。利用电磁场分析软件Ansoft对电磁体部分进行了虚拟样机分析,建立了电磁体吸力与线圈安匝数之间的关系,并分析了电磁体动特性。通过实验对计算结果进行了实验验证。实验结果与仿真计算的结果相一致。同时根据电磁体部分的工作特性.对电磁体进行了设计优化。在研究的过程中有效利用软件的宏语言.编写了执行程序,方便了研究。

Abstract:A new brake of trailer is showed here, which is electromagnetic. By use of the electromagnetic software--Ansoft, the virtual prototype is analyzed. The relationship curve of the electromagnetic suction with the coil is established and the motion characteristics are also analyzed. Based on experiments, it is proved that the simulation result is consistent with the experimental result. Then the electromagnet is improved based on its work characteristics. During research, it is convenient to use the macro language of Ansoft to edit program.
