填料对涂料反光隔热性能的影响研究

摘    要:在单种填料中.珠光云母、重钙对红外灯光的隔热效果最好:珠光云母、重钙、金红石型钛白粉、滑石粉、轻钙、锐钛型钛白粉。对白炽灯光的隔热效果较好县依次增强:在组合填科中.钛白粉含量的增加.轻钙含量的减少.使对红外灯光的隔热效果逐渐降低,而对白炽灯光的隔热效果基本无影响:铝银浆型氟碳涂料对红外灯光的隔热效果最好,而珠光云母型和金红石型的对白炽灯光的隔热效果较好。

Abstract:Within the different single-fillers,pearly mica and GCC has better efficiencies of reflecting infrared than other fillers,and their efficiencies of reflecting incandescent light become stronger in following order:pearly mica,GCC,titanium dioxide(rutile),talc powder,PCC,titanium dioxide(anatase).Within the composite-fillers,with the increasing of the titanium amount and the decreasing of PCC amount in the mixture,the efficiency of reflecting infrared becomes weak gradualy,while the efficiency of reflecting incandescent light doesn't change boviously.The Al-Ag plasma's efficiency of reflecting infrared is best in the fluoropolymer coatings researched,while the reflecting efficiencies of the pearly mica and titanium dioxide(rutile) to the incandescent light are better.
