| 摘 要： | 以熊果酸为原料,分别通过常规方法及微波法合成3-O-乙酰基熊果酸和熊果酸丁酯,并经核磁共振氢谱确证其化学结构。结果表明,微波法大大缩短了反应时间,提高了收率。

| Abstract: | Using ursolic acid as starting material,3-O-acetyl ursolic acid and ursolic acid butyl ester were synthesized by conventional method and microwave method,and their structures were confirmed by 1HNMR.The results showed that the reaction time was shortened and the yield was improved by the microwave method. |
