裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂中毒原因分析及对策

摘    要:针对中国石油兰州石化公司34万t/a裂解汽油加氢装置所用一段加氢催化剂(牌号为LY-9801D)快速失活的问题,借助色谱分析仪、X射线衍射仪、荧光分析仪等,对加氢原料及使用前后催化剂的性质进行了分析与表征。结果表明,原料中的二硫化碳是引起催化剂中毒的主要因素。指出预防裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂二硫化碳中毒,应从源头和原料预处理两方面入手。

Abstract:According to the problem of rapid deac- tivation of the first - stage hydrogenation catalyst, the properties of feedstock and catalyst before and after using were analyzed and characterized through chro- matographic analyzer,X - ray diffractometer and flu- oroanalyzer in a 340 kt/a pyrolysis gasoline hydro- genation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina. The results showed that catalyst poison- ing was attributed to the carbon disulfide containing in feedstock, and the prevention of accident should be started with the two ways of carbon disulfide source and feedstock pretreatment.
