锅炉智能CAD的技术和方法研究

摘    要:从设计方法学角度描述了锅炉方案设计问题,将锅炉方案设计活动分解为“方案创造”、“方案分析”、“方案评价”和“方案调整”四项子活动.基于面向对象的知识表示方法,建立了由属性空间、关系空间、规则空间、约束空间、案例空间和方法空间构成的锅炉智能计算机辅助设计(CAD)的设计对象模型,并解释了运用该模型进行锅炉智能CAD的主要过程.提出了锅炉智能CAD的总体技术方法,即基于案例知识的智能化方案创造、基于确定性过程知识的智能化方案分析、基于约束知识的智能化方案评价,以及基于规则知识的智能化方案调整.开发了锅炉智能CAD系统的总体框架原型,并已将部分功能应用于工程实践.实践表明,上述技术和方法符合实际需求,可有效支持锅炉智能CAD系统的开发.

Abstract:The issue of boiler scheme design from the methodological view was described and the boiler scheme design process was divided into four sub-activities,i.e., scheme construction,scheme analysis,scheme evaluation,and scheme adjustment. The object-oriented knowledge representation method was used to construct the design object model of boiler intelligent computer-aided design(CAD) system,composed of attribute space,relationship space,rule space,constraint space,case space,and method space,and the intelligent boiler CAD process was explained by means of this model.A general technical approach to the intelligent boiler CAD was proposed,intelligently constructing the scheme based on case knowledge,intelligently analyzing the scheme based on definite method knowledge,intelligently evaluating the scheme based on constraint knowledge,and intelligently adjusting the scheme based on rule knowledge.The main framework prototype of this intelligent boiler CAD system was developed and part of its function has been applied to engineering practices.It turned out that the above technologies and methods fit the practical requirement and can support the development of intelligent boiler CAD system effectively.
