摘    要:反应堆压力容器接管在反应堆运行期间,要承受压力瞬态、温度瞬态、地震、热膨胀等各种载荷的作用。因此在结构设计过程中,需要对反应堆接管在各种裁荷组合作用下的应力进行分析。本文采用ANSYS程序完成了反应堆压力容器接管在各载荷作用下的三维应力和疲劳分析,并按照RCC—M规范的相关应力限值准则对计算结果进行了评定。评定结果表明接管应力满足RCC—M规范的要求。

Abstract:During reactor function operating, the nozzle of reactor pressure vessel is subjected to the pressure transients and the thermal transients as well as the mechanical load due to the earthquake and thermal expansion. So, the stress evaluation of nozzle under each load combination is performed in the structure design. A three-dimensional finite element model is developed and a detailed stress and fatigue analysis are performed. The calculation results are compared to the appropriate limits based on RCCM. The analysis results demonstrate that the stress of nozzle satisfies the requirements of RCC-M.
