林肯AC1200焊接电源的节电技术应用

对渤海装备华油钢管有限公司的一条预精焊生产线使用电源的工作情况进行了分析。介绍了大直径焊管生产线美国林肯AC1200焊接电源的工作原理．并分析计算出其控制方式存在巨大的电能损耗。提出了两种林肯AC1200焊接电源的节电控制技术方案及其注意事项。经生产实践证明，该节电技术简单有效，节能效果显著，同时增加了焊接电源的使用寿命，取得了明显的经济效益。

Power Saving Technology Application in Lincoln AC1200 Welding Source

In this article, it analyzed working condition of power source application in two steps welding production hne m North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd., introduced working principle of Lincoln AC1200 welding source in large diameter welded pipe production line,as well as analyzed and calculated plenty of electric energy loss existed in its controlling. It put forward two kinds of power saving method and matters needing attention.The productive practice proved that this technology is simple and effective, and it can increase service life time of welding source and achieved obvious economic benefits.
