摘    要:随着优质鱼油需求量的日益上升以及许多国际性组织对优质鱼油的标准不断提高,常规的鱼油精炼工艺已经不能满足粗鱼油中有机污染物、重金属、胆固醇以及风味完善的控制.国内外对这几个方面的研究也越来越多,其中很多优秀成果和先进技术可以保证优质成品精制鱼油的生产.通过对这些关键技术进行总结和分析,期望能对安全优质的鱼油生产提供参考,从而保证鱼油产品的质量.
