摘    要:简述了梅山炼铁厂4^#高炉风口小套损坏的情况及其所造成的影响。通过现场调查,研究小套具体的破损位置,分析了其产生的原因并加以汇总,提出了防止风口小套破损的方法和措施。通过对风口区域的吹管、小管质量以及煤枪插入位置的管理,加强炉前渣铁处理保证及时出净渣铁等措施,小套破损得到了有效控制。

Abstract:The damage and its results of tuyere small sleeve of BF 4, Meishan Iron-making are described. Investigation was conducted on site. The author studied sleeve damage position, analyzed and summarized the causes, and put forward the solution for avoiding tuyere small sleeve damage.
