3000t复合加载设备的研制及试验方法的研究

摘    要:论述了3000t复合加载试验设备的设计过程,包括设备主体、三点弯高压釜装置的设计及校核。建立了三点弯曲力学模型,对三点弯曲计算原理进行了研究,并通过试验及标定对设备和力学模型进行了验证。结果表明,3000t复合加载设备及配套装置的设计、制造合理,三点弯曲力学模型的建立准确。

Abstract:The designing process of 3000 t combined loading testing equipment is demonstrated, including the design and calibration of main equipment and three-point bending autoclave. The authors established the mechanical model of three-point bending, studied its calculation principle and verified the equipment and mechanical model by test and calibration.
