| 摘 要： | 根据某钢厂热风炉系统的基本工艺要求,采用西门子400系列PLC实现了热风炉系统的自动控制,同时为过程自动化级（L2）提供及时、准确的数据,为全公司的ERP系统服务。经过半年的生产实践检验,达到了原设计的各项要求,验证了应用自动化技术是现代工业生产发展的必然方向。

| Abstract: | According to the basic process requirement of hot air stove system at a steel company, Siemens 400 series PLC was adopted to realize the automatic control of stove system and at the same time served ERP system for the entire company by providing timely and accurate data for process automation (L2). Half year's production practice proved that all original design requirement had been met and the adoption of automation technology is the inevitable direction for the development of modern industry production. |
