Abstract:indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil are detected by Dionex 4000i ion chrromatography with fluorescence detector. This experiment is performed by OmniPac PAX - 500 column using 0. 010mol/L Na2CO3, 0.45V/V CH30H as eluate. The fluorescene detector was measured in excitation and emission wavelengths of 285nm , 360nm, respectively. Tne detecting limit is 0. 045μg/mL 和 O. 167μ g/mL for indoleacetic acid and indolebutyrie acid, respectively, The method with linering、 selection and sensitivity can be used in trace amount indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil samples.
