高校后勤社会化改革的理性思考

摘    要:学校后勤是教育带动起来的“附属业”。后勤属于社会行为,应该依靠社会来办后勤,以集中学校教育的精力,减轻教育产业的负担。因此,高等教育应将后勤经一定“反应”后“还原”给社会。随着“学校市场现象”的出现,高校更应主动地剥离后勤,将其推入市场,加速实现后勤的市场化。进入市场后的高校后勤有很大的发展潜力,它可以依托高校,形成稳定的消费市场,并可能由此而成为“朝阳产业”,争取到更多的社会力量的支持。

Abstract:College rear service is an affiliated industry brought along by education. As a social behavior, it should depend on society so that we can concentrate on college education and ease the burden of educational industry; therefore, higher education should put rear service into society. Along with the appearance of college market phenomenon, A college should be active to break away from rear service and put it into market to accelerate the rear service socialization. Once a college is put into market, it has a marvelous developmental potential. It can rely on a college to form a stable consumptive market; hence, it is likely to become a flourishing industry and win more support of social forces.
