造纸过程流程模拟仿真平台的设计

A Design on Flowsheet Simulation Platform of Papermaking

A flowsheet simulation platform of papermaking is built with MATLAB/Simulink, and the constructing of basis models and the specialized module library of papermaking is introduced in this paper. Based on sequential modular method, the appearance of the platform is similar to the papermaking process chart. Because of the user-friendly interface, it's very easy to set parameter in every model and user can set up processes with the unit models provided in the specialized module library or modify the processes provided in the platform. It's very useful and convenient for designing, teaching and training.
