北京市不同类型公共建筑节能工作调研分析

将北京市公共建筑按照不同的类型分为宾馆、写字楼、商厦、医院、政府机构和学校等，每种类型里通过专家推荐并抽取了重视节能管理、采取节能措施并取得一定成效的单位3～4家，将检测和调研的用能系统分为四类：空调、采暖系统，动力、照明系统，用水、炊事及其他用能系统，综合能源管理系统。分别介绍了每种类型公建单位的主要节能特点和存在的问题，针对以上情况和问题分析了各种类型公建单位适用的节能技术。

Analysis on Building Energy Saving Work of the Different Kinds of Public Buildings in Beijing

The public buildings in Beijing are divided into six types that include hotel, office building, marketplaces, hospital building, school and government building. The experts choose three or four public buildings that attach importance to the saving management and take energy saving measures in every type. The air-conditioning and heating system, dynamic and illumination system, using water and cooking system and general enegy management system in every choosed public building were studied. The main characters and problems of different public buildings were introduced, and proper energy efficient technologies were analyzed.
