电化学沉积法制备CoPt纳米线/纳米管

摘    要:在较低的电流密度下利用电沉积技术在阳极氧化铝模板中成功地制备了填充率接近100%的CoPt合金纳米线/管阵列。结合制备过程分析和纳米线/管微观组织的观察,详细讨论了CoPt合金纳米线/管的形成机制。研究表明,该纳米阵列的生成机制是基于纳米管中平行与垂直方向的竞争生长,而阳极氧化膜中作为电极的传导薄层和过电势是控制该生长的两个关键因素。

Abstract:A highly efficient method for deposition of CoPt nanowires/nanotubes into highly ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) has been presented. The basic mechanism of fabricating nanotubes is based on the competitive growth between the parallel and perpendicular directions in nanochannels. A thin conductive layer served as a working electrode and a high overpotential are two essential methods for fabricating nanotubes.
