摘    要:针对大庆石化公司480kt/a改造新增80U裂解炉注汽法兰经常泄漏的问题进行分析,找出泄漏着火的原因,并提出在600~700℃高温下法兰密封的办法,在实际使用中证实该方法经济、适用、有效。

Abstract:The problem of often leakage of steam - injection flange for Da Qing 480Kt transformed 80U cracking furnace was analyzed comprehensively, The reasons of leakage and fire of steam - injection flange were determined. The solution of flange seal problem at 600to 700?C high temperature was proposed. In practice application proved that the method were economy, suitability, and effectiveness.
