摘    要:为了解决薄板坯连铸连轧生产线隧道炉不能实现自动控制而导致温度控制精度低、能耗高等问题,在对现有设备、控制系统进行充分调研的基础上,优化了基础自动化(L1)系统的炉温闭环算法及参数,开发了功能齐全的过程控制(L2)系统并投入运行。生产结果表明,新的L1及L2系统可提高板坯的温度控制精度,板坯温度同板差低于±20 ℃的命中率达到了96%,煤气消耗下降了7 kg/t,同时产品表面质量也得到了改善。

Abstract:The tunnel furnace could not be controlled automatically in the thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling line, which leads to low temperature control accuracy and high energy consumption. In order to solve the problems, on the basis of full investigation on the existing equipments and control systems, the algorithm and parameters of the furnace temperature closed-loop control in basic automation system(L1) were optimized. Additionally, advanced process control system(L2) with multiple functions was developed and put into application. The actual production results show that the new L1 and L2 systems can increase the temperature control precision. The hit rate for the temperature deviation of the same slab within ±20 ℃ has reached 96%. The gas consumption was reduced by 7 kg/t and the product surface quality was also improved.
