摘    要:通钢FTSC薄板坯自投产以来粘结率一直处于较高的水平,严重影响了通钢薄板坯的生产。针对通钢现有的条件和粘结产生的机制,通过对钢水纯净度、保护渣性能、钢水过热度、拉速控制等进行优化调整,最终有效的降低了粘结率。

Abstract:Since the FTSC thin slab continues caster was put into operation, the ratio of sticking was at a higher level, and the production of the FTSC thin slab continues caster was impacted seriously. On the basis of the processing conditions of Tonghua Steel and the mechanism of sticking, the composition of molten steel, the performance of fluxes, the superheat of molten steel and the control of casting speed were modified. Finally, the ratio of sticking was reduced effectively.
