小H型钢万能轧制咬入变形与轧制力的研究

摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法研究了小H型钢的万能轧制咬入变形过程。模拟结果表明:在咬入阶段轧件头部的翼缘产生横向扩张,高度、宽度尺寸偏大,腹板中间薄、两边厚;同时,轧制力变化对轧辊产生冲击,立辊所承受冲击更严重。

Abstract:With aid of numerical simulation method, the biting process of small H-shape steel universal rolling is studied. The simulation results show that the transverse expansion is produced in the flange of slab head, the height and width is bigger and the web plate is thinner in the middle and is thicker in both sides during biting processing. At the same time, the impact on the roller generated by the roiling force may make the impact to be stronger to vertical roller.
