LG90/50Q型轨道式一体化连续管作业机研制

目前，国内外丛式平台井、大斜度长水平井数占比逐步攀升，大部分油气田已步入生产开发中后期，采油、修井作业任务频繁，对现场作业设备的自动化、智能化程度提出了更高要求。针对现有采油、修井机以及连续管作业设备进行平台井采油、修井作业时存在频繁运移、拆装调整井口设备、作业劳动强度大等问题，研制了一种可适应采油、修井及其它常规作业工艺的轨道式一体化连续管作业机。该作业机采用双轨道撬装形式，可实现井口设备快速运移、拆装及高度和水平方位调整，连续管装备与井口支架可同时实现修井及采油作业配套设备快速转换等。应用结果表明：轨道式一体化连续管作业机整体操控运行灵敏且满足作业要求，配套设备拆装自动化程度高，修井采油作业工艺设备实现快速转换，减轻了现场人员劳动强度。

Development of LG90/50Q Orbital Integrated Coiled Tubing Machine

The proportion of cluster platform wells and high-angle long horizontal wells at home and abroad has gradually increased currently. Most oil and gas fields have entered the middle and late stages of production and development. The frequent tasks of oil production and workover operations put forward higher requirements on the automation and intelligence of field operation equipment. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing oil production, workover rig, and coiled tubing operation equipment for platform well oil production and well workover operations, such as frequent migration, disassembly and adjustment of wellhead equipment, and high labor intensity, a new method for oil production and workover has been developed. The operating machine adopts the double-track skid-mounted form, which can realize the rapid movement, disassembly, and assembly of wellhead equipment, as well as height and horizontal orientation adjustment. The application results show that the orbital integrated coiled tubing operating machine is flexible in overall control and operation, meets the operation requirements, and has a high degree of automation in the disassembly and assembly of supporting equipment.
