摘    要:近期,新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引发的肺炎在中国武汉暴发,给人类的生命健康带来了威胁,并给中国人民的生活带来了极大影响。但是目前临床上尚无疗效明确的针对SARS-CoV-2的特效药物,一些在体外细胞水平上初步证明对该病毒有一定抑制活性或之前文献报道的对冠状病毒感染有抑制效果的临床药物,目前正在开展SARS-CoV-2感染患者治疗的临床试验研究或已用于试用性治疗。本综述主要从老药新用的角度来简要介绍这些药物的作用机制、体外抗病毒效果、副作用等特征及研究现状,希望能为SARS-CoV-2感染患者的治疗提供思路。

Abstract:Recently, pneumonia caused by 2019 new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) outbroke in Wuhan, China, which has threatened people's health and lives and enormously influenced the people's daily life in China. However, there are currently no specific anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs with explicit therapeutic efficacy. Some clinical drugs, which have been shown certain inhibitory activities for SARS-CoV-2 in vitro or have previously been reported to inhibit coronavirus infection, have been applied for clinical trials or tentative treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infected patients. From the perspective of exploring the new use of old drugs, this review mainly introduces characteristics, including mechanisms of action, in vitro antiviral effects and side effects, and research progress of these drugs, hoping to provide referential ideas for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infected patients.
