摘    要:特质焦虑是一种相对稳定的焦虑倾向且具有个体差异的人格特质。特质焦虑水平与个体的基因多态性、氧化应激、脑区大小及脑内化学物质的差异有关。同时,特质焦虑会影响个体的认知表现,如对恐惧记忆的消退、对威胁相关信息的加工等。充分了解特质焦虑的神经生物学因素及其对个体认知表现的影响有助于我们更好地应对生活事件,更加有效地预防或治疗焦虑症、抑郁症等精神疾病。

Abstract:Trait anxiety is a relatively stable anxiety tendency with individual differences in personality traits. The level of trait anxiety is related to gene polymorphism, oxidative stress, and brain volume and brain chemicals. At the same time, trait anxiety can affect an individual's cognitive performance, such as the extinction of fear memories and the process of threat-related information. Fully understanding the neurobiological factors of trait anxiety and its impacts on individual cognitive performance can help us cope with life events better and prevent or treat anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses more effectively.
