摘    要:针对新标准对热轧钢筋组织性能的要求,开发了新型高效分段气雾冷却设备。介绍了气雾冷却技术原理、设备组成、布置以及使用效果。实际应用表明:新型高效分段气雾冷却设备运行状态稳定,钢筋力学性能和金相组织均满足国标GB/T 1499.2—2018的要求。与常规穿水工艺相比,采用新型高效气雾冷却工艺生产热轧钢筋,可以降低合金成本,提高力学性能,获得明显经济效益。气雾冷却设备及工艺为热轧钢筋生产提供了一种低成本强塑化的途径。

Abstract:In view of the requirement of new standard for microstructure and properties of hot rolled reinforced bar, a new high-efficiency segmented spray evaporation cooling equipment was developed. Thetechnical principle, equipment composition, layout and use effect ofspray evaporation cooling(SEC) were introduced. The results show that the new high-efficiency segmented SEC equipment operates stably, and the mechanical properties and microstructure of the bars meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 1499.2—2018. Compared with the conventional water spray cooling process, after adopting the new high-efficiency SEC process, the hot-rolled reinforced bar can reduce the alloy cost, improve the mechanical properties, and obtain obvious economic benefits. The SEC equipment and process provide a low-cost and strong plasticization method for the production of hot-rolled reinforced bars.
